Baby Sleep Schedules is an informative Metro app that you can use to find out how much sleep should your baby be getting each day based on the age, ranging from 1 month to over 3 years.

It doesn't have any configuration settings and doesn't need Internet access to work properly, so you can consult this app even when you're offline.

Specially designed for computers running Windows 8, 8.1 and 10, the program can be obtained from the Windows Store easily. Wrapped in a Modern UI, Baby Sleep Schedules shows cards for each age, along with age-specific details.

For example, according to the developer, 1-month old babies should sleep 8 hours per day, 8 hours per night, get a varied number of naps, and sleep for 16 hours in total.

Meanwhile, children who are 3 years or older should get 1 and a half hours of sleep every day, 10 and a half hours of sleep per night, 1 nap, and 12 total hours of sleep.

Besides the fact that you can take a screenshot of the cards and share the image with a friend or save it to your computer using an external Modern UI program, there are no other options available.

It's curious that, in some age cases, the number of naps varies but the app doesn't specify the range, like "varies from 1 to 3 naps". Also, it seems a bit counter-intuitive that the number of hours accumulated in the total sleep excludes the number of naps, even when that number is fixed (not varied).

Furthermore, it would've have been useful if Baby Sleep Schedules integrated options for adding notes to record your baby's sleep and nap times, as well as for disabling the notes you don't need (the ones with the incorrect age for your baby).

All in all, Baby Sleep Schedules offers some helpful information about a baby's sleeping schedule based on age. However, it doesn't bring any interesting features to the table.
